The renowned Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, led by none other than Grammy-winning composer and double bassist John Clayton, presents a heartwarming concert featuring two rising American stars. Saxophonist and vocalist Camille Thurman previously toured with the world-famous Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Downbeat Magazine aptly described her sound: “Imagine if Sarah Vaughan played saxophone like Dexter Gordon.” Vocalist Tyreek McDole won the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition in 2023, becoming the second male winner ever. He is no stranger to the scene, having shared the stage with Theo Croker, Rodney Whitaker, and Gary Bartz. Expect "Christmas Jazz at its finest" from artists who truly know their craft!
